Since 2012, the institution has helped increased youth and women’s participation in decision-making processes and was part of advocacy efforts that led to the passage of the local government and land right act. Trained 700 plus local stakeholder & established 7 Social Audit Committee (SAC) to track and monitor local service delivery to improve accountability at the local level and strengthened the effectiveness of the local county service center. Established 18 STAND Club to promote the National Policy on Girls’ Education in school, trained and empowered 1,500 plus vulnerable youth in different livelihood, leadership, peacebuilding, scholarship and digital skills. Advocated and amplified the voices of marginalized (Disable People) in local government decision making that led to the allotment of $10,000.00 USD from the Bong County social development fund for Disable people Organization for the first time.

Provide education on HIV/AIDs, Sexual and reproductive health rights and psychosocial services to over hundred (100) adolescence girls in Montserrado, Bong and lofa.The organization continues to advance good governance practice, empowerment of vulnerable, strengthening of local policies and trust of citizens to transform lives through enhanced accountability, and inclusive access to information and justice.Collaborate with MoGCSP to mediate cases of persistent non-child support, family abandonment and domestic violent including psychological counseling to victim of GBV/ SGBV and improving local service delivery outcome in Bong and Lofa, equipping youth as drivers of Sustainable peace, socio-Economic Growth and Development while providing sustainable livelihood opportunities for youth self-employment that reduces exposure to further harm for girls in an environment (GOAL Village) to expand their chances of reaching their full potential.
